Custom Forms

Custom Forms enable you to gather data that is important to your organization as you create or edit work items. Data can be gathered from Date fields, Text fields, or lists. If you are an administrator, you can create custom forms for projects, assets, deliverables, reviews, and to-dos. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Custom Forms are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.

Many organizations stipulate unique identifiers for work items all the way through the creative operations process, especially if they are gathering information through an API integration. Custom forms gather data that is valuable to organizations looking to add a business intelligence component to their ConceptShare account (COBI or Creative Operations Business Intelligence). Common data values of interest include the following:

• Product Line
• Agency
• Priority
• Division
• Job ID
• Geography
